I was glad to hear my rate was going to be acceptable by the Board. The conditions to receive the
$99.00 room rate will be as follows. School Adminstrators participating with room needs may contact
me via phone 512-754-6621 or email sales.hxsm@gmail.com and we will set up group
accomadations for them. They will not be able to book these rates online or thru the front desk, but with
a signed group room agreement, credit card guarantees, and 72 hour cancellation policies we can get
accomadations confirmed. Since Participating Schools will be both calling and paying on an individual
basis a Block of 15 Doubles will be set aside with a 30 day cut off on booking the special rate. Once
the original 15 Doubles set aside are confirmed, and provided there is more than 30 days left prior to
arrival rooms will be added in incraments of 5 at a time as needed by the group for additional bookings.
Please let me know if I should set this Block in place? I will be available Monday thru Friday with after
hours voicemail and email options next week for your groups paperwork and confirmations once I hear
