                        Registration – 11-12:30
                        Events Start at 1pm
                        Events End around 9:30pm

May 22             Events Start at 8 am
                        Events End at 3:00pm
                        Awards Ceremony – 4-5pm

PREPARED SPEECH
Abuse of Officer Power/Jurisdiction
The events below have some changes that will be added for State.

1.        Obstacle Course
-        110 pound dummy drag for both female and males will be added

2.        Prepared Opening Statement
-        The testimony for this NEW statement will be posted on May 1st so everyone has the
same amount of time to prepare.

3.        Traffic Stop
-        15 minute time limit from when the stop starts

4.        Felony Traffic Stop
-        25 minute time limit
-        1-4 suspects can be in the vehicle

5.        CPR
-        Scenario will be give to contestant; they have 10 minutes to complete the exercise.

6.        Criminal Case Analysis
-        5 minute time limit on event

7.        Criminal Incident
-        No written report will be needed
-        Time limit of 25 minutes total to complete call

8.        Forensics
-        You may use your own digital camera but you must turn the card in to have photos
printed. Max of 20 photos taken more than 20 voids all photos.

9.        Prepared Speaking
-        Topic will be posted on the website on May 1st.
